South Mississippi Living Magazine wanted a St. Patrick's Day theme for the March issue, and I came up with this concept shot of Eugene Eash as a leprechaun.

The editor, Stella Pierson, found the perfect "Irish lass" in a coffee shop, and asked if she wanted to be a cover model. Ann agreed, and we were on.

Not only were both subjects fun to work with, but I actually had the time to do it right. I knew the the graphics gurus at the magazine would have to composite the two images and they did a fabulous job. To get Eugene in just the right position, I had him jump in the air against a white backdrop.
